Our unique East West collaboration with award-winning Japanese chef, Sachie Nomura, features our famous old-school pork sausage recipe, paired with Hawke’s Bay Black Doris Plums and Hoisin with a touch of homemade Chinese 5 spices, then all wrapped in divine golden flaky pastry – inspired and heavenly! Made with selected free-farmed pork from our trusted network of farmers across New Zealand who are all committed to sustainable farming practices, we know you’ll love it and be addicted for more!
Ready to eat in just 25 minutes in the conventional oven, or 12 minutes in the air fryer, both at 180 degrees.
