Why combine pork & applesauce? Well it dates back to the 18th century, and technically speaking, the acidity of apples helps the digestion of fat meat such as pork. But really, it just tastes really good. With our selected free-farmed New Zealand pork inside natural hog casings, and of course no filler meats, no MSG, no Gluten, and only the best quality minimal seasonings, these pork and spiced apple bangers are superb!
Flavour Profile
This pork banger is a tasty treat! We use one hundred percent free farmed pork, blended with Barkers Spiced Apple filling. There are no other filler meats at all. This is a tasty combination and is a superb sausage to serve with spuds.
