Flavour Profile
This traditional pork banger is a show stopper! We use one hundred percent free farmed pork, which means this is a pure pork sausage. There are no other filler meats at all. The pork banger has subtle hints of ginger, mace, nutmeg , and white and black pepper. This is a cracker combination and is a superb sausage to serve with good old mash!
