Flavour Profile
Our beef sausages are made from one hundred percent beef, with the least amount of processing possible to really get the texture to stand out. We add a few key spices sparingly to compliment beef. It’s the beef we want you to taste…old school as! These sausies are made with natural casings for best flavour. Perfect for either a hot summer’s night on the BBQ but equally good bubbling away in a slow cooker as devilled sausages on a cold stormy winter night.
