Natural hog casings allow the full flavours and textures to shine. With no fillers or MSG, and only the best quality minimal seasonings, these traditional goat bangers are superb!


Flavour Profile
We only use free range, wild venison as our main-stay in these really down to earth sausages. Venison is such a joy to make small goods with. The connective tissue allows the sausage to be packed with a stunning gelatinous goodness! Just like a succulent lamb shank our venison sausage offers the same experience. We add a little pork and beef fat just to help the extremely lean venison in the cooking process. A top banger and extremely versatile. Made with natural hog casings and MSG free.
