Slow Cooked Double Gold Curried Banger

Ingredients
1 tray
Beard Brothers Venison Sausages
2½ tbsp
Kavita’s Kitchen NZ Rogan Josh Paste
(or equivalent curry paste)
1 can
Chilli Beans or Kidney Beans
1 cup
Red Capsicum, chopped
1 Cup
Sweet Corn Kernels
1 Cup
Water
To taste
Salt and Chilli
Method
- Brown sausages in a pan on medium high heat for a minute or two. Be careful not to burn them!
- Cool slightly and slice into 5 parts (bite sized).The sausages will be raw on the inside.
- Add sausages and all other ingredients to slow cooker.
- Slow cook on high for 2 hours.
Serving Suggestion
- Nacho style with corn chips and sour cream. Sprinkle paprika powder for the look.
- Serve with good ol’ garlic bread.
- Serve with roti or rice or both.
