Flavour Profile
In true Beard Brothers style, we’ve packed in the meat and kept the other stuff to a minimum, so these are truly the real deal. We source our watercress from a local Hawke’s Bay grower, and add a little salt and spice to compliment pork, nothing more. We use free farmed 100% New Zealand pork, and loads of it, with the least amount of processing possible for the best flavour and texture. Simple.
Ready to eat in 25 minutes in the conventional oven at 180°C, or just 20 minutes in the air fryer at 180°C.
