Old School
Savaloys
Made with selected grass-fed free-farmed beef from our trusted network of farmers across New Zealand who are all committed to sustainable farming practices. Natural hog casings allow the full flavours and textures to shine, producing sausages that don’t split in the pan. With no fillers or MSG, and only the best quality minimal seasonings, these traditional beef bangers are superb!

Flavour Profile
Our golden horse in the stable. Made from one hundred percent beef, our saveloy could be called memory lane as so many customers comment on how it takes them back to their childhood. Our Old School Saveloy has won numerous awards and was crowned best in NZ in 2016! It is lovely slowly simmered but even better on the BBQ. Yes, you read that right. The humble sav takes on a whole new dimension once on the grill and will leave you absolutely awestruck. Serve with some really good buns and condiments. We recommend tomato relish, it’s just superb.
