Flavour Profile
Merguez is a spicy North African sausage, popular in Morocco. Our Beef and Spice sausages are inspired from these traditional Moroccan recipes. We deliberated hard on what to call these, as the spice is flavour, not heat in a chilly pepper kind of way, although they have a little bit of heat to them. Great as a twist on bangers and mash, in a bake or casserole, summer BBQ, or slap inside a piece of bread.
